You cannot trust Christ as the Messiah, be water baptized for remission and be awaiting future forgiveness of sins and an earthly kingdom (Gospel of the Kingdom), but yet be in a body you have no idea about (Body of Christ); this is like saying you can be presently saved without knowing about it when you were just told forgiveness doesn't come until the future.
Acts 3:19-21 is a clear indicator that Peter didn't think he was presently saved, sealed, and forgiven. He was waiting for the blotting out of sins. The Holy Spirit was Peter's informant. To say that the body of Christ had started without the dispensation being revealed is to call the Holy Spirit either lacking or lying. The Body of Christ was not in existence until the dispensation was given; it was revealed first to the Apostle Paul. See 1 Timothy 1:16.
